The new episodes of the popular comedy serial ‘Bhadragol‘ and ‘Jire Khursani‘ has stopped since last week. According to the report, the sponsor of the serial, World Vision Advertising is found to have used fraud to get the sponsoring rights of the program.

The security deposit amounting to Rs. 58.6 million deposited in Siddhartha Bank is found to be fake and the owner of the Advertising agency is arrested by the police. Some of the officials of Nepal Television were also found to be involved in the fraud.

In addition to the comedy serials, a film program of World Vision has also stopped in the television. There is no words on when the comedy serials will start to appear in the television station. The team producing ‘Jire Khursani’ is currently in Hong Kong.
